Part of the fun of opening a new business is having the ability to be adaptable for new customers. When we received a call from a multiplex in Littleton asking for snow plow help, it was a perfect opportunity. 
Prior to using Karner Blue, the complex was cleared by a standard plow truck. However, the entrance was a tight fit, with stone retaining walls on both sides and vehicles closely parked. A flexible solution was needed to ensure tenants could safely enter and exit the lot.
That’s where KBL came in. Our first piece of equipment we acquired for our fleet was an ATV with snowplow, which provided the unique flexibility of fitting in tight spaces and clearing lots of snow. In addition to effectively clearing snow from the area without damaging lot boundary structures, we also committed to regular salting and sanding of the main entrance to maximize traction, minimize ice buildup, and prevent vehicles from sliding into traffic. 
We took extra time to shovel and plow between parking spaces, which was not required in the contract but made a huge improvement in overall safety and appeal. Our customers were very pleased!
