The Details
• Start Date: On or around October 15th
• Fall Focus: Fall Cleanup operations, property familiarization, & boundary prep.
• Winter Focus: On-call snow & ice management driving a 3/4-ton plow truck.
• Long-Term Growth: Direct pathway to step up to Full Crew Lead in Spring 2027 as you take a technician under your wing.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)
• Age & Driving Record: 21+ with valid driver’s license & clean MVR.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Plowing Experience: 2+ years verifiable experience operating 3/4-ton truck or larger with snowplow.
• Background Checks: Must pass criminal & sex offender registry check.
• Safety First: Strict commitment to zero consumption of intoxicating substances (e.g., alcohol) 12 hrs prior to shift/on-call.
• Availability: Flexible & ready to respond on-call during winter weather events.
What We Offer
• Competitive Pay: $23.00 – $25.00+/hr depending on experience.
• On-Call Guarantee: Minimum 4-hour weekly pay guarantee.

PREFERRED SKILLS (BONUS)
• Field Maintenance: Basic plow/equipment field maintenance (hoses, fluids, quick fixes during a storm).
• Spreader & Salt Ops: Familiarity with sand/salt spreaders & eco-conscious salt management techniques.
• Equipment Experience: Commercial yard equipment (blowers, mowers, trimmers).
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using smartphone & in-truck iPad apps for logging time & tracking dispatches.
• Stamina & Physical: Ability to lift 40-50+ lbs with proper form & work comfortably overnight/early morning in cold weather.
